Autumn & Josh | Married

Gorgeous blue skies and the hot July sun shone down on the beautiful Michigan homestead where Josh and Autumn were married. Holding the marriage celebration at the home of Autumn's parents seemed quite fitting for a day where thankfulness for family was a prevalent theme. Josh and Autumn found a number of ways to honor the family roots that have held them closely while allowing them to grow into the smart, faithful, and kind individuals that they are today. I could feel the excitement in both of them as they spent time together in contemplation, celebration, and worship, asking God to combine their hearts in one. Their two lovely families came together to support them and encourage them as they stepped out to form their own family and follow the path laid before them. We were thankful to photograph a truly meaningful celebration and couldn't help but love the charming details of the day.
